i Darren bad bad customer service every time I Coll the answer machine say they are busy with customer or they are away. Like today I been Colling all day not answering at allday.This is not the first time It was other times same thing. If you not going answer phone tell you customer don’t Coll you.

This agency is incompetent and puts its customers at risk. I am a long-term State Farm customer and this is the second time they have transferred me to another agent when my prior agent retired. On January 15, we added a second car to our policy and it appeared everything was OK. We had a mechanical problem with that car and the dealer agreed to swap it for a different one. If Darren exists you'll never meet him, you'll speak with an unqualified assistant. After baiting you with some low intro rates and bundled packages, after you sign up they will review and reassess, your rates will skyrocket, mine did, They didn't like the roof on my house, and my useage of my car. Zero service, for instance, their 800 number they could not even tell me if my auto policy covered rentals.

I have 5 cars and 2 houses insured with this agent for over 5 years. I recently got code from different agent and I was so shock how much money I was saving every month. with new agent I am saving more then $400 a month that is $ 4800 a year. so went had and cancel all the policy right way.not only that I was never getting any help that I need. I will never recommend or suggest that any of my family's, friend's, co-workers and community this agent.
