Darren is an amazing massage therapist and he takes a genuine interest in asking how my body is feeling before every session so he can ensure target areas are addressed. For example, I was having numbness and tingling sensations down my arm for a few weeks and after two sessions of deep tissue work on my shoulder and neck those sensations completely disappeared and I was able to return back to my regular exercise routine. I have dealt with pain in my right shoulder for the past few years. After just one session with Darren, I felt better than I have since the pain started. After two sessions, I feel better than I can remember. I have tried dozens of muscle treatments in the bay area and his work is by far the most effective. I have seen Darren twice - each time when I had a specific issue I hoped to address. Both times I left his office with massive improvement physically - and also relaxed from the session. His trigger point massage is intense, but it helps SO much. Can't recommend him more highly.

Darren is an excellent Deep Tissue massage therapist: his work is both efficient & effective. As a massage therapist myself, I have very high standards about body work & Darren exceeded them. He also uses a variety of other techniques to create a spa-like sense of relaxation…aromatherapy, facial mask, hot stones & hot towels. I left feeling deeply nourished.
