I can't give less than one star. Dr. Gambrel is amazing!! It took 5 calls to the office to complete a task. All 5 calls were routed to a third party team and it seemed as if no one knew how to cancel or change an appointment. When confronted Abt the differing information, it was all blame and deny. The corporate policy and customer service are absolute trash.
The associates here are amazing and welcoming. Dr. Manning is very educational when it comes to answering questions I had. Everyone were understanding, kind, and compassionate while caring for my child at his appointment. He felt seen as a person even at his young age. That is something we really look for in an office. We will definitely go back and will highly recommend to others.
My appointment was with Dr Manning. The staff that ran the pretests were friendly and helpful. Dr Manning was friendly and very thorough with my eye exam. The eyewear staff were friendly and helpful with selecting my new frames.
