Had an amazing experience and great journey with Darren. The first sessions wasn’t intense and went through the process of acceptance at my own pace. Then steadily worked on techniques best suited for me. I worked with a few psychologists and Darren is a guy that has a lot of patience and understanding in dealing with my mental health. Got charged 110 dollars to speak to Darren garriga did nothing but piss me off 50 minutes less I got this fortnight with my daughter and now waisting my time trying to claim my own money back for a psychologist the way you operate has done nothing but push my metal health worse and breathing techniques don't work
