Poor Communication Skills I had dental work performed here and asked up-front if giving a post-dated check would be okay. It was supposed to be no problem, however, due to lack of communication between their office staff, the check was sent for deposit immediately. When I called to see what happened, the office manager did not seem very concerned, and her apology did not seem sincere. Needless to say, I will be finding another dentist!
