Great service , very kind , I was not pressured , they took time to listen to what I needed for me and my family
Had a problem with my RV awning: it blew its fuse whenever awning switch was used. We are traveling, so I called several dealers in Colorado and Utah that were near our route. All but one either couldn't book an appointment for weeks. One took it in but couldn'y get to it before I needed the RV back. In one word -- OhHaleNo!!! They used to have a few good mechanics, but they're gone and now it's one rude, ignorant and talentless moron with a few high school kids. They had my motorhome for 2.5 weeks and got nothing fixed, it was actually worse when I got it back. It had 6 dead batteries (4x6-volt coach and 2x12-volt chassis) because they left it out in their dirt/gravel/mud lot with stuff on for those 2.5 weeks so the fridge quit, the freezer warmed up and frozen hamburger rotted and stunk up the motorhome.
