My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Ballard. At first I felt he didn't have very good bedside manners however he proved otherwise. He's very knowledgeable and give it to you straight. And I have to mention his nursing staff are absolutely fabulous.
Great customer service. Procedure was smooth and Dr. Ballard is A1. Highly recommended..
The office help was wonderful helping with an appointment. Dr Ballard was very helpful with answer my question. I would highly recommend Dr Ballard.
I was very impressed with Dr Ballard and the staff at his practice. From my first visit down to dismissal after colonosopy everyone was caring and professional. I was particularly appreciative of the nurse, I think her names was Annette, on the day of my procedure. I ws obviously nervous but she had such a calming affect on me.
