I hav been a State Farm customer since 2009. I've had many interactions with Agents in different states and not a single one has helped me understand insurance more then Miss Kathleen at this location. She really stands with her customers as they going through the process. I really can't say enough about her kindness and compassion. Thank you for giving me belief in humanity.
I was involved in a car accident Saturday morning. It Left my only vehicle inoperable. We tried calling, texting, left message. Unsure how to use our rental car on the plan, we haven't heard back in over a day even after filing a claim. Hopefully nobody hits you on the weekend! They won't be in touch.
