We have been a customer of Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for 3 years. They always respond promptly and courteously. Lady in the office is always so helpful and whoever has come to the house has explained everything and given us great tips to maintain our A/C. We highly recommend this business

Called to have the AC unit diagnosed, not only did Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning put me on the schedule for the same day, they sent their tech Angel out within an hour. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail. He had my air back up and running in no time. If you ever are in need of HVAC work, definitely call Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning.
I had an appointment confirmed and even paid a $250 deposit towards the service to hold the appointment. Service was scheduled for Friday. After confirming, they never called and when I finally checked in they said they were too busy and that they would come out Monday... No apology, no excuse. Monday I called to confirm again and then again pushed me off another day! Next day, same thing. Enough is enough. This company is a scam and they will take your money. Be careful and don't pay a deposit.
It’s my first review on Google Map, so enjoy. We have two mini split unit installed and after the installation, the celling and the wall in the bathroom started leaking and we called Brady( the owner) like 7 times in a week and we did not have any response. They do not have any after sale at all. What’s more is that they don’t have a physical address and actually they are based in Chicago??? The technicians comes is not their company’s as well.
