After much searching I've found out that Dr Clark has indeed moved to Georgia and is working at Orthodonicare GA. I reached out to them to inform them of what he did but they don't seem to care. For those that used Care Credit they will open a dispute and investigate his sudden disappearance and then they should be able to Credit back monies paid to Dr Clark....for those that paid cash I would suggest contacting MD DLLR and filing a formal complaint his license number is 8308.
