Derrell Gee appears to approach his business relationships from a strictly transactional standpoint. Premiums are collected without issue; however, when a significant claim arises—such as a slab leak—payment is made reluctantly and only after considerable difficulty. Following resolution of the claim, my homeowners policy was canceled. Notably, coverage for my automobile was still encouraged, as no claims had been filed on that policy. Based on this experience, I did not feel adequately supported as a customer.

Have a care with this fun company. I have had insurance with this office for over 40 years. Like a Good Neighbor they were always there until you make a major claim. I purchased my home and car and used State Farm. Because of incompetent plumbing (Kenny's Plumbing Oklahoma City) I developed a slab leak, these plumbers laid the water lines on top of each other, not very wise.
