Quit calling me and waking me up!
Excellent professional care. I recently completed a colonoscopy. Dr. Moxon and his medical staff are efficient, friendly, caring, and technically proficient. However, the administrative side of things was a little bumpy. I was given a link to complete health screening questions, which I did. Then I was called by a lady in TX who asked all the same questions. The phone connection was poor and we got disconnected about a dozen times. I have had a good colonoscopy with Dr Moxin before but the last one about 6 mos ago was not great I followed the bowel prep but I felt it was not complete- and I mention it to both nurses when I arrived The prep nurse was usually the post op nurse and had trouble doing the IV- nice lady but probably stuck me 6 times to try to do an IV Since the prep wasn’t good I left not knowing if I even had a polop. Dr Moxon is very caring, and is a great doctor.
I had a great experience with Dr Moxons office!! The entire staff was courteous, friendly and professional !! Dr Moxon took the time to stop by and speak with me before and after my procedure!! He’s the best!! Great bed side manner!! I loved the music in the procedure room!! I felt very comfortable and Def would use him again if I need to!! Thank you for making my experience very pleasant!! Now.. please figure out a better way to do the colon prep!!
