Staff were only too happy to help me having a car with odd tyre size they tracked down the tyres I needed and had them on the car the following day
Booked a tyre puncture repair for 11.15am I showed up at 11.16am And was told that it may take over a hour and that I should wait. She then told me that she has my booking there but she didnt think I was going to show up and then said they have a more important booking. EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED!!! Just a waste of time!!!
Unprofessional and incompetent business. Flat tyre indicator was not reset after replacing tyres, made me return to fix the issue. Staff were unapologetic and rude about it, and ironically didn’t even know how to perform a reset themselves. After combing through the manual without any resolution, I was eventually told to fix it myself.
Had a puncture and gave Tyreplus Darra a call - they told me to bring it straight in so they could take a look. I was welcomed by a friendly team member, Eric, who clearly explained what he was going to do. Less than 10 minutes later, the tyre was fixed! Eric was professional, efficient, and made the whole process really easy. You can tell Alan and the team take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Great service, highly recommend!
You really couldn’t ask for better service than what you get at Tyreplus Darra. I’ve been bringing all my cars here for years, and their attention to detail and customer care are second to none. Just good old-fashioned service – honest, reliable, and consistently excellent.
