Unprofessional and incompetent business. Flat tyre indicator was not reset after replacing tyres, made me return to fix the issue. Staff were unapologetic and rude about it, and ironically didn’t even know how to perform a reset themselves. After combing through the manual without any resolution, I was eventually told to fix it myself.
Had a puncture and gave Tyreplus Darra a call - they told me to bring it straight in so they could take a look. I was welcomed by a friendly team member, Eric, who clearly explained what he was going to do. Less than 10 minutes later, the tyre was fixed! Eric was professional, efficient, and made the whole process really easy. You can tell Alan and the team take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Great service, highly recommend!
You really couldn’t ask for better service than what you get at Tyreplus Darra. I’ve been bringing all my cars here for years, and their attention to detail and customer care are second to none. Just good old-fashioned service – honest, reliable, and consistently excellent.

Took my car in for 4 tyres and wheel alignment. Whilst the initial service provided was good. My MUX went in with a dead straight steering wheel, when I got in the car to drive home and covered a number of different road surfaces the wheel was not straight. Upon return, one of staff insisted of driving down their test road to prove the wheel was straight.
