Took my car in for 4 tyres and wheel alignment. Whilst the initial service provided was good. My MUX went in with a dead straight steering wheel, when I got in the car to drive home and covered a number of different road surfaces the wheel was not straight. Upon return, one of staff insisted of driving down their test road to prove the wheel was straight. Yesterday I had a flat tyre - a roofing screw through the tread. A tow truck got me to Darra Tyreplus a few minutes before closing time. The minute the car hit the forecourt, a tyre mechanic was there with chocks and jack. About 15 minutes later the wheel was back on the car. That's what I call service.
Ok, I'm a female. Which means I never look at my tyres. I only choose to inflate them when the spirit moves me. I only register that there could possibly be something wrong with my car when it starts making hideous clunky noises or simply will not go. This is why I love Darra Tyres. Great team and service here. Alan and the team know their stuff provide good advice and overall price.Veterans in the industry for well over 40 years. Good location and additional services such as wheel alignment and tyre repairs. Would definitely go back for repeat services.
