Very helpful and didn’t keep me waiting.
Dropped off a wheel for a new tyre yesterday. Came back for fitting, and the rain was pissing down. The two lads did the fitting and wheel rotation out in the wet, going beyond the call of duty. One of them called me over, 'did you know there was a $50 note under the wheel?' No! Why don't you two boys share it. 'Absolutely not!!' My wife reconned it must have been some of her 'emergency money', hidden away in unlikely and long lost places. Mine now! We will be back.
I visited this shop twice within a month. First visit was due to a tyre damage so I needed to get a new tyre and use my spare one. I requested for tyre rotations as well and already paid for it, but after assessing thoroughly, I was told by the mechanic that the tyre rotations was not required. I then got refunded for the cost I have paid before. The honesty they have given is a top notch. My second visit was for wheel allignment as I did not manage to get a time slot during my first visit.
