If I could leave a negative star I would. Absolute WORST experience from a reputable company. Would never recommend anyone to this company. 3 weeks for a quote for about 6 items was disgusting. Let alone getting a call or email back from sales, let alone the manager. Such poor communication. Even the car sales representative I went through went down and was disgusted with the service.
Cannot speak highly enough about Mario & the team at Darra4x4 ,Great Value, Great Knowledge & top notch customer service.
Mario was very dismissive of my needs. I came in to get my car serviced by Midas and I approached Mario and asked him about the swags for homeless as I will be in 10 days, he said he would see if his boss can donate to me for me being homeless and told me he would get a business card and then walked off and served a male customer and then told me he had more important stuff to do and dismissing my requests and then spoke rudely to me. Got there on Saturday 10am and couldn’t even buy anything, the lady in next door business was amazing with this situation I feel for her! But she said couldn’t serve us! Why advertise a business is open and no one can even get to buy anything!!! Last time I walk in that door. Missed out on a lot of business from us now we are going to ARB to buy what we need today let say over $1000”s. 1 star is to high of a rating!!!
