Suzane is so professional, she goes out his way to find a solution for your problems, so friendly and helpful, she is very experienced and makes you feel your problems are her own problems. She is Amazing!!!!! Great customer service!!!!

Nearly impossible to reach a someone. Need changes on account because Progressive randomly added someone to my account and over billed me and the agency was 0 help.
