Bad Service from Stephanie, rude, and unprofessional. If you ever get something from here make sure she's not the one that helps you . Why is that this company is trying to get someone to connect a computer, software to my forklift just because somethings they have defective forklift parts? And now Stephanie is threatening me to charge something into my debit card without my authorization from something, that is not on me.
I enjoyed working with this location. They went out of their way to get me the answers I need from them. Awesome work
Parts people know what they're doing never got the wrong part always go here for my forklift parts
You should have real tech on the Parts department. Super bad experience.
