The ladies are always professionals and kind. I always leave with good feelings. They take good care of their customers!
Becki did a good job for me. The test lasted 30+ minutes and I felt she worked to help me.
I can't get them to leave us alone. They keep sending mailers to my dead father, they keep saying they will stop, and they don't. They didn't even start sending mailers to him until he was dead. We've never done business with them before, and never will.I've called multiple times and they just won't stop.
I have been here a couple of times, both for repairs to my Starkey hearing aid (in-house repairs for the Starkey brand are hard to come by) and a hearing test. The office and waiting room are clean. Visits are quick with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a pleasant experience. Having had hearing aids for over 30 years, I've been to multiple audiologists and this is 5 stars in my opinion.
