Worst customer service ever. Red head was extremely condescending and rude. I have no idea why she thinks she can speak to anyone that way. I won’t be retuning to this salon.
Great tanning beds, Products that work for your tanning needs and the staff is so sweet and very knowledgeable!

I typically have outstanding customer service here. I’ve been coming for years and have never experienced such a rude and condescending employee as I did today, 4/3/25 at 10am. Not only did she make me feel dumb for not buying a whole bottle of tanning lotion and just the sample packet, (I had to explain to her that I already have a bottle of lotion at home but forgot it so I didn’t want to spend $80+ on a new bottle), but her tone when she was explaining that she can’t put me in the room for full time because of the new bul... read more
