I typically have outstanding customer service here. I’ve been coming for years and have never experienced such a rude and condescending employee as I did today, 4/3/25 at 10am. Not only did she make me feel dumb for not buying a whole bottle of tanning lotion and just the sample packet, (I had to explain to her that I already have a bottle of lotion at home but forgot it so I didn’t want to spend $80+ on a new bottle), but her tone when she was explaining that she can’t put me in the room for full time because of the new bul... read more

Great place to get your tan (or spray) on! I was pleased to find out new guests get a free tan of choice and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Will be back!

I like them. Sadly tho, they only have one bed for the gold level. You can imagine the wait can build up quickly. Other than that, love the workers. Nice place.

Worst customer service from the salon staff and upper management, very condescending, didn’t want to make my experience better even being a member. The beds are old and outdated . Unclean restrooms and floors. Go to 360 Tans in Austin so much better for your money.
