My friend asked me to write this review cause she doesnt have a google account. ‘The absolute worst place. They say theure open on saturdays on their website but Ive gone two weeks in a row and both weeks it was closed with no update on when it will be open. It’s a great way to waste your money monthly and not get tan. Would have given 0 star if I could’

They are great when they are open, but they close whenever they feel like it with no communication to their monthly members. In the past 2 weeks I have tried to go to palm beach tan 3 times. The first 2 times I drove there to discover they had closed hours early with no signage on the door explaining why, or on their website. Today I called before hand to make sure they would be open and only got a busy signal. Not sure why us monthly members are paying so much monthly to not be able to use the service.

I usually love it here but I’ve tried to get a spray tan the past 2 days in a row and they have been closed due to the a/c being broken. No answering machine telling you they are closed due to this. Make sure you call first and if they don’t answer assume they are closed, I drove 45 mins only to find out by a sign on the door.
