Mary and all the staff are just the best!!! So accommodating and helpful always.I've been using them for several years.
They missed state deadlines, resulting in a big penalty (that luckily got waived by the state this time), they increased my rates because I had a few new accounts open, and then proceeded to do work that was not authorized without telling me. When I canceled (nicely via email, because I couldn't afford to continue with the raised rates) Mary hits me with a $1k bill for hours worked that I did NOT authorize. She claimed the increased rates (the reason for canceling) was to "chip away at a deficit" which she never mentioned UN... read more
