Awesome place to load. Our appointment was for 11am, and checked in at 9:42am. after little over an hour trailer was loaded and driver was on the way. Good place to load. Thank you

I checked in and given a door immediately. I was loaded within the hour. I had zero issues.

Got here at 0715. I was told to go back in dock 2 after the switcher pulled the trailer out. Well, they had the wrong trailer in the dock, so I had to wait for them to load a drop n hook before me. Meanwhile, another truck came and got a dock. They loaded him and a couple of other drop n hooks, and I'm still sitting. Hhmmm? 1135 now. But, broker says that I must make on-time delivery 1100 miles away by 0500 Wednesday morning. It's Monday. So much for respecting drivers time and money.

Takes way too long to get loaded and where you're going with that load because it's on the floor takes even longer to get unloaded So if you take one of their loads be prepared. My company has already blacklisted any floor loads from any shipper.
