Dr Jan had very unpleasant news to give me during my last visit. I cannot speak highly enough of how he handled the situation. He answered questions kindly but directly. Because of his high level of professionalism, I was and am able to accept my future challenges much better and I look forward to working together constructing strategies that will enhance my quality of life. I'm always treated well starting with security, then the office check in and then by Dr. Jan.
Dr. Jan is very easy to talk to. He was an excellent listener and reassuring in his feedback.
I will definitely return for appts with Dr Jan. He listened to me and and was not feeling like he had somewhere else to be. I liked the present moment atmosphere. Plus, he was very knowledgeable in the areas that we spoke about. And he was nice!
