Darlington was recommended by my neighbour. First, it’s great that a real person is employed to answer the customer call. Scott Darlington, the owner, later called me back fairly quickly to understand my problem. Within another day or two, Morris showed up to replace toilet and resolve a few minor issues. He is friendly and competent. The bill seemed reasonable. Definitely, a 5 star operation.

My father had a plumbing emergency and the Darlington crew rushed to the scene within the hour and saved his home! They were amazing, efficient and understanding with my father's situation! everything got fixed fast! Thanks again guys!

Since a change in management, it is very evident that Scott cannot manage his business. We’ve used Darlington for 50 years with no complaints. In the last year, we’ve received unprofessional conversations, no call backs or communication from Scott and the level of dismissal is extremely angering (especially given the business we have given them all these years).
