My complaint is directed towards Dr. Pubudu Pradeepa Kulatunga, as well as the reception staff and their manager. I have been to this medical centre more than three times, and this experience has been the worst. First, the doctor was 30 minutes late to see me. Once he attended to me and I expressed all the mismanagement and the referrals he had given me, his only response was: “You can go make a complaint to the Prime Minister because that’s how things work here.” After my regular consultation, he had made a booking for me t... read more
The Darlington team have been amazing from the moment I chose to move clinics. They have been flexible with appointment reschedules, showed compassion and understanding and even helped to expedite the transfer of my medical records from my previous clinic who unfortunately were the complete opposite to Darlington - it has helped me feel more comfortable in attending the GP and seeking the advice needed.
Can’t praise the reception team enough, they are professional lovely people who always go above and beyond. Every Dr I’ve seen has also been fantastic and I would definitely recommend this medical centre to anyone!
