Reception staff always very friendly, nurses very friendly. Good range of doctors for all different issues and have had good experiences. Only giving 4 stars bevause wait times can be quite long I have had to wait up to an hour over my appointment time previously. But all in all it is a good clinic with an area for kids, a pharmacy and clinpath/ nurses all in the one place.
All they care about is money just like any other business apparently a script refill is a consultation and they will charge you.
My complaint is directed towards Dr. Pubudu Pradeepa Kulatunga, as well as the reception staff and their manager. I have been to this medical centre more than three times, and this experience has been the worst. First, the doctor was 30 minutes late to see me. Once he attended to me and I expressed all the mismanagement and the referrals he had given me, his only response was: “You can go make a complaint to the Prime Minister because that’s how things work here.” After my regular consultation, he had made a booking for me t... read more
