We have been using Darlington Dairy equipment since November 2022, and have had nothing but issues. Every piece of equipment we have purchased has had major quality issues, down to a curd mill that one of their techs described as “so obsolete you’re lucky we even work on these anymore,” in October of 2023- less than a year after we purchased it (and no, we were not informed that they would discontinue support on the mill less than a year later).
