The care staff do care, which is good. Usually, that would be the most important thing, and is all too rare, so I give them credit. However, the administration is willing to do things of highly questionable ethics and legality unless the state intervenes, generally to make money, but also to retain control over residents. There is absolutely no excuse to need state intervention to prevent unnecessary memory care on locked units when patients are done spending thousands of dollars each month. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE FOR PEOPLE. SOMEONE I KNOW HAVE BED BUGS IN THEIR ROOM. THE DIRECTORS AND NURSES DON’T DO ANYTHING
