Service department was SO kind! I am from Florida, and blew a tire on the highway in Augusta. I had my car towed to them as the nearest dealer but no one in the area had my specific replacement tire. They worked really hard with me on options, allowed me to hang out in their lovely waiting room for hours (with free ice cream) while I figured out my next steps.
