Service is horrible. Broke my windshield in the corner where I couldnt see it. Tried to speak to service manager and left a message to what happened and recieved no response. Took 3 days to do a job that they said would take 3 hrs. No communication on th we status of my car.
This is the first car I’ve purchased from Darling’s and I’ve been very impressed with not only the car, but with their customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Great shopping and purchasing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff all around. It'll be a while before we need to buy another new car, but when we do, I'll look here first.
