had a great experience with Darling's service. Braedon—if I remember correctly—was the one who picked up my vehicle, and he was both kind and courteous. Throughout the process, my service advisor, Jeff Jones, communicated effectively and addressed all of my inquiries and needs regarding my Bronco. When my vehicle was returned, Braedon continued to be very kind and courteous. My overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the free pickup and return service that Darling's offers to local customers.
This was my second service experience with Darlings Ford in Bangor and they really focus on customer comfort and convenience. If I lived within 15 miles, and not 50, they would have driven me home and picked me back up, although I wasn't even there an hour. I worked online while waiting, the internet is plenty strong, and the chairs are comfortable. Also, very important - the people I interacted with were pleasant, easy going, and respectful, so it was a positive experience.
