This place charged me $3000 to fix the rear breaks on my truck. They had to remove the rear differential cover to do it. Now the rear differential cover leaks. They wanted $650 to fix it. I said no. Then they charged me $90 just to get my truck back without fixing it. Update: this issue has been resolved. My thanks to the Ford Service team.

Then they charged me $90 just to get my truck back without fixing it. They can't damage something while doing a repair and then charge you to fix it. That's called fraud. Easy to schedule service online. Friendly staff when contacted by phone. Was able to get vehicle recall services quickly and easily. I would recommend.

Ted was extremely helpful and made it a point to replace my battery himself as soon as possible! If not for his willingness to immediately help me, my family vacation would likely need to be postponed another day or longer. We are very grateful!
