Went to a Mopar car show at Darlings. Never bought a car there but they really seem to care. The car show really showed off their attention to detail and they put a lot of hard work into it. I would buy a car there.
I have now purchased two vehicles and sold one to Darlings. I prefer them over Charlie's and CMM by far! They will talk numbers by email and as long as you know what your trade is worth, you'll likely get pretty close if not that value. My husband and I spent an hour and a half inside and that's a huge improvement compared to the 4 to 5 hrs we've been at other places. Marisa Paul was our sales agent and we recommend her as well!
Don’t ever buy the extra warranty from Darling’s. They contract out their warranty because they can’t back up the vehicles they sell. Once you try to make a claim Darling’s and everyone there doesn’t want to deal with or talk with you.
Stopped in just to look at cars and fell in love. We were in a time crunch so needed to hurry - they got everything wrapped up in 30 minutes then we just needed to go back to sign papers the next day - which was also a really fast process. Overall friendly group there and made the process so simple
