I brought my vehicle in for service and for an issue with a wiring harness. Firstly I know service advisors are busy but it felt like I was the last one on the list. Secondly I had to rent a vehicle from elsewhere as they refused to offer a loaner vehicle while they had my vehicle for about a week.
