Bought a truck outright from these guys and going on 3 months of no title to the truck. Called the BMV and found out they finally filed my title almost 2 months after I bought the truck. 30 days late and paid the late fee to file for my title. Had to pay the rush fee myself and never heard a word from darlings about it. Won’t be coming back to give my money to people who can’t take care of me as a customer at my local dodge dealership!
Had a part for a costumers car that I purchased and it went bad. Said that they would warranty it when we brought it back in they would not. They claimed it was not able to be warranted.
Traveling through with a check engine light and they fit me in. There was some awkward paperwork problem but they saw through that and everything ended up working out as expected. Great service. Clean and comfortable facilities while I waited.
Friendly establishment, Paul is awesome to work with, great communication. The sales manager was also great to deal with. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to work out a deal but would highly recommend Paul at Darlings in Augusta. Laid back with no pressure to buy.
