I don’t think it was very fair or my fault that the lady wrote my number down wrong and said she would call me after an hour i went back and she called people after me to come in, i came every 6 weeks to get my toes done well they lost my business today

I was disappointed with my experience. I clearly asked for regular gel polish, but there seemed to be confusion throughout the appointment. The staff (the lady who stood near the billing counter) kept saying they applied shellac, even though that was not what I requested. Communication could have been much better, and I would have appreciated being informed of any changes before the service was done. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the experience. And it's too expensive...never going back 🙄 😒

I’m indigenous and they made me pay upfront for my nails. I didn’t see any of their non native clients pay upfront. they paid after their nails were done. I was the only one who had to pay upfront and they didn’t do a very good job on my nails. I paid over 100 bucks and my nails looked messy and they weren’t very friendly. I felt like crying while I was there.
