I have gone here several times for my nails, and they have turned out ok. The last time I went to have toe nail polish removed with a pedicure ( no new polish applied). The girl was nice but wasn’t able to communicate well in English. She ended up only removing the polish and no pedicure. That was fine - the issue is that she use a large grinder to remove the polish and essentially grinded off skin on 4 of my toes, leaving sores which are incredibly painful. Very high price for service & quality. Left with damaged cuticles, didn’t remove polish from skin, and the polish doesn’t completely cover the nail. Friendly staff, will not be returning
I had a pedicure done on a Thursday and by Friday half wore chipped off. Not to mention half of my toes were not painted. *shellac not polish.
