For the second time in just a few weeks, a HUGE explosion occurred during night-time processing at Darling. For anyone who lives near/ travels Carpenter Rd., we have all come to realize that the "worst" part of the rendering process takes place evenings. The last time an explosion was heard- followed by smoke and alarms sounding, the windows on our older vehicles shattered. Darling told us directly "nothing like that could happen".
