I ordered 3 cans Jerome Russell blonde hair spray and I received 3 black hair spray. I tried calling to find out how to return them and get refunded and cannot reach anyone there. Help Please
The customer service is excellent. I had questions about how to install a style and received an impromptu class on the spot.

I went to the hair studio for my installation for micro-locs. Alex was wonderful. Before using any of the products on my hair she showed them to me and answered all my questions regarding the care of my hair.
I really enjoy that this store is on base. It’s great having a store with hair products for my hair since the exchange has such a small section for black hair. Darling hair is an amazing store and it’s great that soldiers have a place where they can get hair products for their hair whenever they pcs on fort hood.
