water tower for the win
imagine if there was a water tower there hmmm :thinking:
I was most disappointed by the poor quality of these eggs. I purchased them at a Farmers' Market thinking that the eggs would be fresher and better quality than those from a supermarket. However, the shells were thin and weak, the whites were runny liquid (no jelling left), the yolks were shrunken and had white spots on them. Since age testing did not indicate that the eggs were overly old, I have to assume that such poor quality was as a result of deficient production methods (e.g. feed) rather than just being stale.
