I went yesterday to get knotless braids and oh my God my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. She was very fast. Very nice. Customer service 100% I don't even live here I live in Florida and if I ever want braids again, I'm coming back here. Thank you so much.
I have gone here a few times to get boxbraids. I always ask for small boxbraids but always end up with medium. Sides and back are even larger. The only positive thing I can say is that she's first. Last time I was there I got medium braids, reached out and she apologized.This time, the braids looks larger than before even though I asked for small. I'm very disappointed 😞
