I went yesterday to get knotless braids and oh my God my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. She was very fast. Very nice. Customer service 100% I don't even live here I live in Florida and if I ever want braids again, I'm coming back here. Thank you so much.
I have gone here a few times to get boxbraids. I always ask for small boxbraids but always end up with medium. Sides and back are even larger. The only positive thing I can say is that she's first. Last time I was there I got medium braids, reached out and she apologized.This time, the braids looks larger than before even though I asked for small. I'm very disappointed 😞
My friend had made an appointment for 12:30, showed up 10 minutes early, only to be put on a walk in list and wait 4 and a half hours. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
Went there for it was my Daughter birthday and they did an amazing job and it was last minute. going Back soon.
