Darlene, Nikki and whole team was great. Always efficient, kind and gives attention and time. Darlene reviews issues and discusses resolutions. Great team.
1 star is too high…I’ve seen multiple bad reviews about this one and I couldn’t agree more. She is truly just awful!! The office as a whole really needs some training on patient care.
Would not ever go back to see her. If you are looking for someone who truly works for the insurance company and not the patients, you found your person. I felt insulted, my concerns were diminished, and was pushed more prescriptions to fix side effects to prescriptions already given.
