Great experience. Doctor Gaynor was very knowledgeable and she has a comforting presence. She helped me understand my condition and reassured me that there were alternative options for medications and surgery for me and started me on medication right away. I feel optimistic that my treatment will work and I can lead a normal life in the near future.
I had a very positive experience with check-in staff. Nurse was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gaynor was very kind and professional. She listened attentively to my concerns. She was very thorough and encouraging.
Very efficient an excellent care an concern. Listens intently to your concerns an assists with proper care.
I tried to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Gaynor on numerous days & times and yet to receive a call back! First I was put on hold then call was disconnected. Tried again only to receive prompts which I left a detailed message with two numbers to return my call...nothing. Called on three other occasions directed to prompts and finally choose a different prompt only to receive the exact same message which again I left a detailed message so not to be deemed a no show!!
