I hired Darla to shoot some "action" photos of me delivering a speech. Everything was fine until I tried to get the finished product. The photos weren't great, but Darla never provided me with the final retouched photos for the ones that were useable. I emailed her multiple times and got no response. Finally, I had to ask for a refund. If I don't get that, I'll have to report the charge to my bank and get credited back.
