Great Customer Service! I have owned a handful of enclosed trailers over the years, a common theme with all of them was to loose a screw here and there. These things take a beating on the road, it's going to happen. I reached out to Keith at Dark Horse and told him my problem, he is sent me a handful of replacements so they match the originals. These guys stand behind their product, when I finally wear this one out, I will be replacing it with another Dark Horse Trailer. Thanks Keith!!
Owned trailers my whole life. By far the worst craftsmanship I've ever seen. The cheapest made trailer I've ever seen. The more you look, the worse it gets. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. The frame is terrible, the materials used are cheap crap. The craftsmanship behind it all is even worse. STAY AWAY. I purchased a 8.5x18. Biggest mistake I've made in years. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND
My DarkHorse trailer is well built , Nice hat channel wall studs the floor is Advantech style, strong and water proof, the Ramp is well constructed...The price is fair and Darkhorse answer the phone if any problems develop. I purchased at Forest Lake Trailer in MN.
I have owned a half dozen trailers over the years and this is one of the best. No issues after a few years now...
I just had a DSTT 8.5 x 25 built as a multi use trailer. We are using it for snowmobiles now, UTV's and cars in the summer. First off, I was on a tight timeline to have it for a snowmobile trip in the UP. They had it finished early and it is a fantastic trailer! It pulls great and is well balanced.
