I had a fantastic experience at Darkbird Taphouse! The cheese curds were perfectly crispy with great flavor, and the smoked wings were some of the best I've had, tender, smoky, and cooked just right. I also ordered a beer flight, and it was a fun way to sample a great variety of craft beers. Every pour was fresh and well-selected. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind. If you're anywhere near Peosta or Dubuque, this place is definitely worth stopping at. We'll absolutely be back!
