Worked with Steve and he made the process very simple, and walked us through the things we did not know. Was very patient and allowed us to look at everything before we make our decision. Highly recommend him and the place!!

Everyone is telling me to go to your place for countertops; however, you guys have the worst hours. Only open till 4, no weekends. How are people who have to work Mon-Fri till 5 supposed to shop at your store?
Sales: The sale went very well. They were patient and helped us as we looked thru their large selection. We found the marble counters we wanted. The installation was very well done. Service: Our countertop developed a crack. It took numerous phone calls and 3 months for Dark Star to come out an fix the issue. They didn't reseal the area that was fixed and after numerous other calls, we hired another company to take care of the issue.
