We experienced numerous issues beginning the date of our scheduled install that ultimately caused a one day project to last two weeks. Steve & Josh’s customer service are by far Dark Star’s redeeming qualities.
Worked with Steve and he made the process very simple, and walked us through the things we did not know. Was very patient and allowed us to look at everything before we make our decision. Highly recommend him and the place!!

Everyone is telling me to go to your place for countertops; however, you guys have the worst hours. Only open till 4, no weekends. How are people who have to work Mon-Fri till 5 supposed to shop at your store?
