Hired this company to help my Dad (with beginnings of dementia) to get his electric fixed for his safety. Someone came out and charged $100 to walk the house and unplugged 1 outlet that was faulty & said they’d be back a few days later to fix all other problems. The first appointment that was set up got rescheduled… no problem! Another week went by and the 2nd appointment came and went. No call. No show. Josh was GREAT! I had an outlet tripping and I had no idea why! He came on a Sunday, figured out WHY it was tripping, fixed it and now I have an Electrician!!!
