Ever since we got switched to this company, it’s been by far the worst experience. We are constantly getting charged for unnecessary payments. They hardly ever answer their calls and texts. They don’t have the correct files or receipts for us to prove that we’ve been paying off our property or to check balance. We’ve been asking over a year for correct paperwork and yet we’re still waiting.
I was looking at renting one of their properties. I called and texted several times without response. Through other contacts, I was able to obtain a personal cell number and received a code to look at the house. The house reeked of animal urine, the house wasn’t well maintained and it was just plain gross. UPDATE: The owner was messaged on their personal cell without response. This was after numerous attempts calling and texting the number provided.
