I’ve had a great experience with Dark Horse Property Group. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. When my HVAC unit stopped working, they acted quickly, sent someone out right away, and had the unit up in running in no time! They also went above and beyond with improvements! Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and I really appreciate their fast service and overall care for tenants. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them.
Got a list of available properties in june. I went back in July 3 times in one day and the office was locked all day on a Tuesday. I decided to go with a better rental company that displays they are available and willing to work with me. Based on other reviews, I made the right choice.
