I was looking at renting one of their properties. I called and texted several times without response. Through other contacts, I was able to obtain a personal cell number and received a code to look at the house. The house reeked of animal urine, the house wasn’t well maintained and it was just plain gross. UPDATE: The owner was messaged on their personal cell without response. This was after numerous attempts calling and texting the number provided.
Still have yet to see any changes made to our area pleasant valley. Our children play outside and other residents don’t even care about slowing down. My daughter almost was ran over and she wasn’t in the road at all the road is so bad that the vehicle drove onto the grass to miss pot holes.
