Great communication, professional, prompt, personable, and reasonably priced. Once Art had finished troubleshooting the issues with our furnace, he explained everything to me clearly (without patronizing me) and offered options for solutions. I had total confidence that he wanted what was best for us. The work was done promptly and efficiently, and I couldn't be happier. We will absolutely contact Dark Horse Industrial again for any HVAC needs, and recommend them to anyone we can!
Called to have my HVAC check up on but unfortunately they were booked for the next few weeks. BUT they still took the time to talk me through what was going on with my system and give me some suggestion on what the causes might be. This is more than all the companies did that I called today to get some help.
We had Dark Horse install new air conditioning and replace our furnace unit. They were prompt and incredibly professional. We have recommended them to all our family and friends.
Art did a really great job. He was honest in his advice when he initially surveyed our home and affordable in his estimate. Would definitely do work with him again.
