It's been too long since I wrote this review. Got my 88 Land Rover Defender back from Sandy after he rebored the pistons, put in new rings, and did some other engine upgrades. It is my absolutely favorite toy and had started running away the last couple years nevermind the blue smoke and oil leaks. Now, 1) purrs, 2) no smoke except for a hot minute when it starts up, and 3) no more putting diapers under the chassis at my friends house.
