Jason stands apart from the crowd, highly recommend. Why? His workmanship was fantastic and exceeded our high expectations, but he was incredible to actually work with. 1) He listened to what we wanted, highlighted what we weren't thinking about. 2) Valued and executed on real customer service--yes that is a rare skill in WNC. 3) Measure twice, cut once--is the adage. But it not only applied to his work, but his customer service. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. Avoid mediocrity. Use Jason/Dark Forest Furniture.

Jason provides the type of service I worried no longer existed. Professional, courteous, prompt, kind, SKILLED and eager to please. He helped us to create a custom hall tree for our recently renovated laundry room. He developed multiple drawings and made the desired adjustments to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the final product is perfection. Do not hesitate to hire this expert woodworker. He is worth the wait.

He was the most patient and congenial craftsperson in helping me decide what features for the four pieces he built to best utilize my painting needs .
