The only place I'll let work on my 6.7 Powerstroke! Derrick saved me thousands by safeguarding my fuel pump before it went out. Expect great communication & thorough work! They kept me in the loop the whole time with pictures, texts, & updates. New turbo, DCR fuel pump, & a little this & that. Now I am more obsessed with it! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
My father in law took his 2003 F-350 in to have the HPOP replaced, they ignorantly stripped two valve cover bolts, they promised him a phone call back within 5 minutes on April 7th and those 5 minutes never came. He has made several attempts to contact you guys to talk to about this issue and he's continuing to be ignored. My father in law paid OVER 4 grand to have his truck FIXED not one thing fixed and another broken. He was able to drive for 1 week before he had to stop driving it because of the oil leak. We agreed on a price to get my truck fixed. That price was changed without notifying me and the truck was a week past the deadline date and I was never notified or updated with any changes! I would never suggest anyone going to the shop. They are dishonest! Poor work quality!
