Phenomenal gym no matter if you’re just starting out or you’re a cross fitter for life. They cater to you and help you scale the work until you can work at the prescribed level. They slow down and teach you the movements. No judgement there, everyone on your left and right are just there to get a good calorie burn session in!! The space is always clean and inviting.
Dark Cloud Athletic is a great local gym with 24 hour access and great coaching. Coaches are experienced and know how to help members reach their fitness and nutrition goals. I would highly recommend Dark Cloud Athletic above all others in the area. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
